I utilize interventions and resources from a variety of approaches including Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems/parts work, Healing the Whole Person, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive therapy.
In addition to my formal training as a counselor, my life experiences
and passion for learning have combined to create an approach to healing that is unique to each client that I work with.
My approach has been influenced by the research and writings of many people, including Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis, John and Julie Gottman, Fr, Jacques Philippe, Brene Brown, St. Ignatius, Dr. Richard Schwartz, Brya Hanan and Dr. Bob Schultz (John Paul II Healing Institute).
