Many women and couples long for healing but hesitate to seek help because they want care that honors both their emotional needs and aligns with their values.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC - AL, LPCC - OH), and an active member of the Roman Catholic Church, I provide telehealth counseling for troubled marriages and women carrying unseen burdens. My work is grounded in clinical excellence and faithful adherence to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Over the years, I have walked alongside thousands of individuals and couples as they overcame the effects of past trauma, strengthened communication, deepened self-understanding, and rebuilt meaningful connection. I believe every person possesses dignity and a unique story. Therapy is thoughtfully tailored to each client, integrating sound psychological practice with Catholic moral and spiritual truth.

In addition to my clinical training, my life as a wife, mother, grandmother, former high school religion teacher, youth minister, and long-time presenter with Retrouvaille has shaped the pastoral heart I bring to counseling. I understand the complexity of marriage, family life and faith-not only professionally, but personally.

I am passionate about relationships, meaningful connection, healthy boundaries, effective communication and valuing differences. My faith is the bedrock of my own life and the sacraments play a daily role in helping me in my own life and work.
I have extensive experience working with married and engaged couples, and with women struggling with a history of trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, and scrupulosity. I also assist those seeking clarity for life decisions.
